Formation and development
C1 Group was founded in April 2002 in Hamburg and has grown continuously since then.
Despite the difficult business climate, C1 Group's performance so far has been extremely positive. Revenues have exceeded Euro 25 millions in the shortened fiscal year 2002, and reached Euro 165 millions in 2009. From day one, the group recorded a net profit. As of 31 December 2009, more than 1000 people work for the group.
Continued growth expected
For 2010, we expect further growth in terms of revenue, profit and employees. We especially anticipate an increase due to our activities focused on industry, trade & logistics and Enterprise Resource Management. In addition, we plan to integrate further companies into C1 Group, generating additional growth.
